How do I add bulk events to the Localist Calendar?
If you have a lot of events that you need to add to the Localist Calendar all at once, you can do so by using the "bulk uploader" on the Localist dashboard. All you need is an admin account.
First, log into Localist using your admin account. On the dashboard, on the left, you should see an option for "EVENTS." Under that is the option for "BULK ADD EVENTS."
On the Bulk Add Events page, you should download the "FILE TEMPLATE."
Download the Bulk Event CSV template and open it in your favorite spreadsheet editor. The CSV will contain all filters and custom fields that are specific to your calendar. Fill it in with all the events that you need added.
When you're ready, upload the CSV (or XLS) file, but do not "Skip the Pending Queue." Our team still needs to run a final review of all your events before they go live.
