Paws D2L go solar.... Mobile experience .
Cannot find them
On a mobile device1 voteGreat suggestion. If you delete your mobile cache you will see D2L and GoSolar. Sorry can’t fit PAWS, but you can get to it from GoSolar.

Make GoSolar Accessible
There seems to be no way to access GoSolar through GSU.edu from a mobile device.
1 voteWe just added this to the mobile version of the top menu. Thanks for the suggestion.

Search at top does not work on iPhone
I can activate the search bar but there is now way to submit the search on iPhone.
1 voteThanks. We struggled with this for some time. The latest theme makes it work much better.

Please, please reinstate shortcut www.gsu.edu/es
The shortcut www.gsu.edu/es should point to www.gsu.edu/enrollment. Apparently it has been disabled. Please reinstate the shortcut. This will actually save on worker-hours and printing costs. Thank you very much for your consideration and assistance.
1 voteThanks for the catch. This has been added.

Add the GPA calculator in the search and A-Z index
This tool is valuable but it is completely buried. And, it does not show up in the search/directory tool at the top every GSU page.
1 voteDone. Good idea.

For the Core requirements, have a direct link for freshman and sophomore core requirements under the nutrition program .
It took me an hour to find the 60 credit hour core requirements for freshman and sophomore for entry to the Nutrition program. Other than that, the new layout looks amazing.
1 voteThank you for your feedback. We added a link directly to the B.S. degree requirements in the catalog labeled “Freshmen and Sophomore Degree Requirements.” I hope that this solves the issue you reported.

update the interactive map
The information associated with the various buildings on campus is outdated and inaccurate. For example, Urban life mentions CHHS which no longer exists. No mention is made of Public Healh occupying the building, nor is there mention of the AYSPS units housed there. The info for the AYSPS building is not insightful. Someone needs to update all the buildings.
1 voteThanks Dean for the comment. We have updated the map with the most current and sustainable information. We are continuing to evolve this resource based on information we know is accurate and up to date.

add these items to the student dropdown
Per upper-level requests, please add Military Outreach (veterans.gsu.edu) and Student Success (success.students.gsu.edu) to the dropdown. These are both major initiatves and it will be good to have them a click off the homepage, as both sites have been hard for users to locate.
This one is just a suggestion, but can we change "Registration Info." to "Registrar"? It seems that the move to simple language didn't really translate like we thought it would; I'm hearing that many users are scanning for the word "Registrar."
1 voteWe have added the top two, but have a conflicting request for the registration info link. We’ll keep that the same for now until we have more data.

add a link for immunizations
The Intensive English Program keeps getting calls about immunizations because the top Google search for "GSU immunizations" is a link to the IEP. Please help non-IEP students find information about immunizations more easily.

Add some padding to the text on mobile news pages
I was tryin to read this article: http://news.gsu.edu/2013/07/01/georgia-state-university-foundation-purchases-55-park-place/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=georgia-state-university-foundation-purchases-55-park-place
However, the text is right up against the side of the iPhone screen and is hard to see. Add some padding to the sides.
1 voteWe’re working on this right now.
Thanks for the feedback. We did this and more to make news better in the latest theme.

contacts
Add a list of employee names to the contacts along with their job title as well as an area for complaints for rude staff.
1 voteYou can us the contact info under the about section to find a department, and we also have a directory search at the top of the page.
Each unit handles feedback differently. I encourage you to contact the with it so the know about the experience you are having.

stop waiting until the last minute to let students know that they do not have enough grant aid, and the wait time when on calls is to long.
the wait time when someone calls for information or what ever reason is awful . No should not be have to be on hold for an 1 hour just to find out that the person they called for is not there. This has happened to many times. hire an answering service or something.
1 voteWe have passed this suggestion onto the financial services folks.

Make webpage less "reactive"
Hey, for those of us who access the webpage on a traditional computer with a mouse, the new webpage design has an irritating feature: the screen is constantly shifting as you move your mouse across the screen to the link/icon where you want to click. Many icons and pictures respond automatically to the mouse simply scrolling over. This makes reaching the link you want a challenge as pictures rise, text expands, etc. and you lose track of where you were going. This works fine (or at least somewhat better) on a iPad or other tablet since you only touch the…
1 voteThanks for the feedback. We’ve transitioned to a straight forward approach without as many reactive elements.

Change the type font used for articles
When reading articles on the GSU website the type is visually weak, even after increasing the size. Try Times Roman or some type with a thicker stroke.
1 voteThis is a good idea. We have changed our font and sizing to match the needs of those who have trouble reading it.

For the Campus Interactive Map
The street outside of One Park Place is misidentified as Pryor St rather than Park Place. Pryor St changes to Park Place after crossing Decatur St from the south.
1 voteThis has been resolved. Thanks for the catch.
