website fix
When Googling for GSU Bookstore, hours, the following page is a the third result. It doesn't appear in your menu structure, but the information contained is completely wrong. The header is "Perimeter College Libraries" but the information given is more akin to the bookstore, even though it is not correct for the bookstores either. I suggest you unpublish the page. (I work in the library.) https://advisement.gsu.edu/self-service/academic-resources/book-store-information/
1 voteThe result from the search now produces a link to the Book Stores site. The university doesn’t run this one, but they provide the most current hours on it.

text color
I feel that the text color on the new website themes is much too light and hard to read and nearly unprintable. Can we get the text color to be darker?
1 voteThanks for the feedback. We agree and added more weight to the font so hopefully it seems a little easier to read. Let us know your thoughts.

Repair "Explore - Graduate Programs". Search results will not load past first page.
The Explore tool will not load the grid or list of graduate programs past the first page and when multiple Interest Areas are selected the page will not load.
3 votesThanks for the feedback, and sorry for our tardiness in response. We did look into this early last month and found the root issue. We ended up not only fixing this, but making everything a little faster on the website. Let us know if you see anything else, your input is important.

This is Praise, not a suggestion.
Jay is an excellent cook, she’s made me some of the best omelettes I’ve had. Furthermore, she interacts with you and gets to know you and that really helps one feel welcome. Thanks Jay!
1 voteThanks. We take website feedback here, but that was nice of you to say so. We did our best to pass it on. If you have any other feedback about dining please visit https://dining.gsu.edu

The home page no longer works properly in Chrome
Over the past week or so, the "faculty" button has not worked on the home page. I've tried to access this information using multiple PC's, chrome browser.
1 voteHi John,
Thanks for the report.
The team has been able to recreate the scenario but can you confirm that after a refresh the menu becomes operable. This won’t be the solution, but we need to ensure we’re getting the same result.
Cody
I think we have this one solved. Thanks for the feedback.

Human Resources Contact Information
There is absolutely no way to find the contact information for HR, specifically the location of the HR offices. If someone has to drop of paperwork to the HR department, how are they expected to know where to go?
1 voteThanks fro your feedback. We launched a new HR website with this in mind. Contact information for each area was a priority in the content. Hopefully less people will run into this.

Faculty and Staff links to the Library
I was asked to pass along this feedback re: the global nav with the student/faculty links. The library link has been removed from the Faculty/Staff drop-down menu. The feedback is from a librarian at one of the Perimeter Campus locations.
"A retired prof just used chat for a question and mentioned that he couldn't easily find the library webpage from the GSU homepage anymore. He was accustomed to clicking the top faculty tab, then finding the library. There isn't a link in that cluster of resources since the web re-do this summer.
I followed up with an email advising him…
1 voteThe link was added to the “Useful Links” section on the menu. Thanks for the input.

Really LOVE GSU website
Want to commend the website developers for a very nice innovative interactive website. Also keeping visitors up to state on the great things happening on campus. I have visited other schools sites, and GSU makes it user friendly and easy to find what you are looking for..
1 voteThanks for the kind words.

You Visit
You should insert a perm-link to the new You Visit virtual campus tour to the homepage of GSU. Currently, the resource is practically impossible to find (on the welcome center webpage at the bottom). You should be "showing" it rather than hoping prospective students "look for it". It can help in the narrative that is already positively re-scripting the perception of GSU and downtown in general. You also need to put this resource on targeted social media all over the area.
1 voteGreat suggestion. We did add this in a redux of the homepage experience.

Accepted? Find Out What's Next Homepage
Hi,
The 'Accepted? Find Out What's Next' page on the homepage is so great! The interface is very nice, including the quality of the video/visuals. I am so impressed and it's actually one of the few that has caught my attention since I've been in school. Keep up the great work, everyone!

Add ability to share News articles on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
GSU News pages have excellent articles and photos. We'd like to be able to share via social media. If icons were added to these pages, this would be easy. We can find and share from other feeds, but photos often are lost or lose impact because the size is reduced.
The seven matches of articles from GSU database do not address this issue from the user's end -- but could be used to add this feature to pages.
1 voteGreat idea, we added this feature in the latest news hub theme release.
