  2. Have the Correct Information

    Maybe you should have the correct information posted online and on your automated phone system. I tried calling Undergraduate Admissions after 8:30 AM the posted opening but no one answered. Even though the magic man on the phone told me the office would open at 8:30. I then called the GSU operator who told me I couldn't call back till 10 and that's when the Office of Admissions would be open.

    Get your stuff together.

  4. What a great website!

    I've looked at a LOT of college websites. This is very well designed and extremely usable. You actually have the number code in LARGE font on the first thing you see for admissions. Awesome!

  5. add a link for immunizations

    The Intensive English Program keeps getting calls about immunizations because the top Google search for "GSU immunizations" is a link to the IEP. Please help non-IEP students find information about immunizations more easily.

  6. add these items to the student dropdown

    Per upper-level requests, please add Military Outreach (veterans.gsu.edu) and Student Success (success.students.gsu.edu) to the dropdown. These are both major initiatves and it will be good to have them a click off the homepage, as both sites have been hard for users to locate.

    This one is just a suggestion, but can we change "Registration Info." to "Registrar"? It seems that the move to simple language didn't really translate like we thought it would; I'm hearing that many users are scanning for the word "Registrar."

  7. update the interactive map

    The information associated with the various buildings on campus is outdated and inaccurate. For example, Urban life mentions CHHS which no longer exists. No mention is made of Public Healh occupying the building, nor is there mention of the AYSPS units housed there. The info for the AYSPS building is not insightful. Someone needs to update all the buildings.

  8. Make it possible to embed something like the uservoice form in a page

    There are some possible user flow reasons why we might want to embed the code for an outside service like uservoice in a page as well as being able to do it in floating tabs.

  10. The dining, entertainment, transportation .....section is wonderful! It will be my one stop place to plan a weekend!

    Just keep it as is and have it updated with correct info.

  11. Add the GPA calculator in the search and A-Z index

    This tool is valuable but it is completely buried. And, it does not show up in the search/directory tool at the top every GSU page.

  14. Please, please reinstate shortcut www.gsu.edu/es

    The shortcut www.gsu.edu/es should point to www.gsu.edu/enrollment. Apparently it has been disabled. Please reinstate the shortcut. This will actually save on worker-hours and printing costs. Thank you very much for your consideration and assistance.

  16. Add email and social sharing buttons to the article pages

    I love that people have the option to post to Facebook or Tweet an article when they hover over the headline on the home page.

    But most folks probably won't know that they want to share a story until after they have clicked through and read it. Once they've done that, they have no way to share unless they remember to back up and go to the home page and hover over the box that led them into the story.
