Directory
Why doesn't the campus directory provide e-mail addresses for everyone now, particularly students? I teach a defensive driving class that students attend and I need to e-mail information to them, but I can't find addresses for most online. Unless they've e-mailed me to register, I can't send them information (some register by phone). We (staff) were able to view this information at one time. What's changed?
1 voteKevin,
In the top, right hand corner of the website, there is a GSU directory of every single faculty, staff and student (unless they are new or opted out of the directory). Our directory has an image of the person and their GSU email address.
However, in order to access this information, you must be a current student or employee of Georgia State University.
Thank you for submitting this suggestion to our office.

Continue to have great employees like Mr. Tony in financial aid
Mr. Tony explained very well the complicated subject of financial aid without technology (it failed him) but we got a clear understanding that early start to the process and GSU support this part of enrollment is not hard... Thanks Mr. Tony!!!
1 voteThanks for the awesome feedback. We’re happy Mr. Tony is here with us.

get the side menu off the website.
It's an eyesore and obscures the view.
1 voteThe latest theme removes this menu in places where it doesn’t add any value.

keep improving search options
The new search result page is Sooo much better than before. It highlights what you are looking for and seems to automatically search RELEVANT gsu sites with that information.. unlike before where the search would find your keyword in any and all GSU docs. Thanks!

Adding all calendar feeds to calendar.gsu.edu
We think that all the university calendar categories should be available on the Attend an Event link - from here: http://calendar.gsu.edu/calendar/EventList.aspx?fromdate=10/27/2015&todate=11/9/2015&view=DateTime. Or there should a link to the complete calendar and it should be clear that the Attend an Event/Event Highlights calendar is not the full calendar.
People who are not familiar with the university calendar will think they are getting the full calendar when they visit the Attend an Event link, but they're not, and there's no link to take them to a full list.
1 voteThe calendar has been updated with multiple options to sort, and subscribe.

Add ability to share News articles on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
GSU News pages have excellent articles and photos. We'd like to be able to share via social media. If icons were added to these pages, this would be easy. We can find and share from other feeds, but photos often are lost or lose impact because the size is reduced.
The seven matches of articles from GSU database do not address this issue from the user's end -- but could be used to add this feature to pages.
1 voteGreat idea, we added this feature in the latest news hub theme release.

Accepted? Find Out What's Next Homepage
Hi,
The 'Accepted? Find Out What's Next' page on the homepage is so great! The interface is very nice, including the quality of the video/visuals. I am so impressed and it's actually one of the few that has caught my attention since I've been in school. Keep up the great work, everyone!

You Visit
You should insert a perm-link to the new You Visit virtual campus tour to the homepage of GSU. Currently, the resource is practically impossible to find (on the welcome center webpage at the bottom). You should be "showing" it rather than hoping prospective students "look for it". It can help in the narrative that is already positively re-scripting the perception of GSU and downtown in general. You also need to put this resource on targeted social media all over the area.
1 voteGreat suggestion. We did add this in a redux of the homepage experience.

Really LOVE GSU website
Want to commend the website developers for a very nice innovative interactive website. Also keeping visitors up to state on the great things happening on campus. I have visited other schools sites, and GSU makes it user friendly and easy to find what you are looking for..
1 voteThanks for the kind words.
