How long does it take to get a help ticket response?

While we at the Georgia State Web Team strive to get every question answered as quickly as possible, we never know what will be happening when a ticket comes in.  Therefore, we do our absolute best to get all tickets answered within 24 business hours.  Tickets are not monitored on Saturday or Sunday, so this could delay that 24-hour period for tickets submitted on Friday and Saturday.
