How long does it take to get a help ticket response?

While we at the Georgia State Web Team strive to answer every question as quickly as possible, we never know what will happen when a ticket comes in.  Therefore, we strive to respond to all tickets within 24 business hours.  Tickets are not monitored on Saturdays or Sundays, which could delay the 24-hour response for tickets submitted on Fridays and Saturdays.
