Submiting CVs to your Profile
New Policy for Faculty CVs on Website Profiles
The University System of Georgia (USG) now requires all faculty CVs to live in a centrally managed repository across USG institutions.
What's Changing
We will no longer post CV PDFs directly on faculty directory profiles. Instead, profiles will link out to the CV housed in the GSU Syllabus & CV Repository to maintain a single accessible source.
How to Add or Update a CV to the Repository
To add a new CV or update an existing one, faculty should visit the Syllabi and Faculty CVs page on the Office of Academic Affairs website and follow the instructions on the page.
Accessibility Requirements
All posted CVs must meet digital accessibility standards. Since most CVs are PDFs, check out our Accessible PDFs article for guidance on formatting yours correctly.
Where CVs Are Hosted
Georgia State University faculty CVs are hosted in the GSU Syllabus & Faculty CV Repository.
Changing Your Faculty Profile Editing and Submission Forms
Web managers, please update your profile editing and submission forms by removing the "Upload CV" option and replacing it with an HTML content field for the repository URL.

If you need assistance, please send us a ticket.
(NOTE: Faculty may still include information that's not part of their official university CV [such as publications, awards, or other professional accomplishments] in their bio. They may also link to their CV through their LinkedIn profile or a personal website that they provide to us. The key is that we just have one PDF CV source on a URL owned by GSU.)
