How can I view Alternative Formats of Webpages?
Georgia State University websites include Alternative Formats powered by Anthology Ally to support different learning preferences and accessibility needs. These formats allow you to view or download content in ways that may be easier to read, listen to, or interact with.
What Are Alternative Formats?
Alternative Formats provide different versions of the same webpage content, such as:
- Audio (text-to-speech)
- Accessible PDF
- Electronic Braille (BRF)
- ePub (for eReaders)
- Tagged PDF
- HTML for mobile or offline viewing
The content itself does not change — only the format does.
How to Access Alternative Formats
Open any Georgia State University webpage hosted on WordPress.
Look for the accessibility icon (A with a Down Arrow) on the right side of the page
Select the icon to open the Alternative Formats panel.
Choose your preferred format from the list.
Download or view the file once it finishes processing.
