If you receive an HTTP 500 Error when attempting to upload images or files to your Wordpress site(s), follow the procedures below. IF you continue to experience upload issues after performing the steps below, please submit a ticket at https://commkit.gsu.edu/support.- Log into the site in a private/incognito browser window.
- Go to the Media library on the lefthand menu on the admin console.
- Choose Add New.
- Click on Try the browser uploader instead in the bottom left.
- Upload an image.
- Once this is successful, you should be able to upload images and files throughout the site.
