Setting up Room Reservations (25Live Scheduling and Room Reservation System)

Georgia State University is in the process of rolling out 25Live, the new university-wide Scheduling and Room Reservation System. This system will serve as the centralized platform for managing room reservations across campus.

Key Contact for Training and Support

Shontel is the designated 25Live Training Coordinator and serves as the primary point of contact for questions, training, and support related to 25Live.

Departmental Adoption

Over time, all departments will be required to use 25Live for room scheduling. This transition will allow the university to improve consistency in room reservation practices and provide more accurate reporting to the University System of Georgia (USG) regarding space utilization.

Guidance for Units

  • If you encounter units that are currently using Room Reservation forms or other independent solutions on their websites, please direct them to Shontel for guidance on adopting 25Live.

  • Be sure to inform your unit contacts about this transition. While official announcements will be distributed through other channels, it is helpful for us to proactively share this information.

(Please note that all units previously using EMS or Ad Astra for room scheduling and reservations are also transitioning to 25Live.)
