My latest News Hub post isn't showing on my site

Occasionally, there is a delay between when your published article appears on News Hub and what appears on your feed.

It's crucial to perform a site-wide cache clear on your site. This can be done by accessing your dashboard and navigating to Hummingbird > Cache. On the right hand side, you'll find a button labeled 'clear cache '. Clicking this is a key step in ensuring your published article appears on News Hub. 



Refresh the page with your news feed and your latest story will appear.

If your story still hasn't appeared on the site, your article might be assigned to a different category within News Hub. Occasionally, when two departments are featured in an article, only the primary department has the article hosted on its feed.
