Linking to a CV in the GSU CV Repository from WordPress
CVs need to be uploaded to or created in the Office of Academic Affairs Syllabus & CV Repository and profiles in WordPress will link to the CV housed in the repository. This ensures CVs meet accessibility guidelines and we maintain a single CV source across GSU subdomains. Read our article on how to add or update a CV in the GSU CV Repository.
How to find the CV link
After your CV has been added to the CV Repository, you need to go to the CV and Syllabus Repository Admin Login Page, click on "Sign In" and use your SSO to login.
Once logged in, you will search for the name of the person who's CV you need by selecting "Instructor Last Name" from the dropdown list and typing in their name in the field next to it.

Once you've found the person whose CV you need, find and copy the "Course" number. For example, "BIOL 4640". Then you'll go to the Frontend CV and Syllabus Repository and search for that course.

Right click on the red button to "Copy Link".

Then paste that link on the page or in the profile of the person who needs the CV added. Make sure that the CV opens in a new tab. Then save your page.
If you do not have access to profiles on your site, send us a ticket at tickets@gsu.uservoice.com with all the relevant information we'll need to find the profile and add the CV link to it.
