Review administrative websites for grammer, sentence structure, etc. Some sites are simply embarassing.

We are going to assist our contributors by giving them access to a tool called sitebeam so they can “check” their sites and get a report to fix the obvious items. Thanks for the feedback.
We offer a tool to help admins do this. Each gets an email every 4 days about their progress and outstanding issues.
